Our products and services are designed to support children, families, and educators in literacy growth, academic confidence, and joyful learning. Every resource is created with high standards of quality and instructional integrity.

All curriculum tools and professional learning content offered by My Ed Buddy and Morningstahr Education are:

• Protected by copyright and intellectual property laws

• Intended for personal, classroom, or district-approved use only

• Not permitted to be copied, resold, distributed, or altered without written permission

Districts may request extended licensing through a formal contract or purchase order.

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Morningstahr reserves the right to:

• Update or modify product information

• Adjust pricing

• Change or discontinue items

• Improve or revise materials based on feedback or educational best practices

Any changes will be reflected on the website.

We aim to ship orders promptly.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, product availability, or high-volume seasons.
Tracking information will be provided when available.

For district or bulk shipments, timelines will be confirmed in the purchase agreement.

Because our materials are educational, and often printed on demand, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Requests for replacements must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

For schools or districts:

• Dates are confirmed through contract

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service may incur a fee

• Materials provided during PD remain the property of Morningstahr Education unless otherwise contracted

We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based learning experiences.

• Any misuse of materials

• Student outcomes not aligned with proper implementation

• Delays due to third parties (e.g., printing, shipping vendors)

• Technical issues beyond our control

All resources are intended as supportive tools, not replacements for professional teaching or evaluation.
